The 8^th International conference on sustainable manufacturing

The 8^th International Conference on Sustainable Manufacturing (ICSM 2024) will be held from October 30^th to November 1^st, 2024 in Shanghai, China. as a joint project hosted by Tongji University and wbk Institute of Production Science. The conference aims to bring together researchers, scholars, industrial experts in the field of sustainable manufacturing from all over the world to discuss the latest research results, technological innovations, and challenges and opportunities, and to promote the exchange and integration of theories and practices of sustainable manufacturing. ICSM 2024 will cover all aspects of sustainable manufacturing, including but not limited to “New Energy Vehicle Production”, ”Production Robotics”, ”Software-defined Manufacturing” and other related fields. The conference will provide a platform for in-depth exchanges through keynote presentations, company demonstrations, academic visits and other forms.

We sincerely invite individuals and organizations from all over the world who are interested in sustainable manufacturing to attend the conference, share the latest research results, explore future possibilities, and jointly promote the development of global sustainable manufacturing. ▶ Publication

 All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICSM 2024 will be published in Springer-Lecture Notes in Production Engineering (Electronic ISSN: 2194-0533; Print ISSN: 2194-0525), and it will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
